You can access the Management Information section by clicking administration on the left of the home page, then clicking "management information".
To begin the process of producing the MI extract to show requests, please select a date range
within a 30-day period.
Select ‘Create MI Extract’ once you have your desired date range entered.
Click to ‘Open’ the excel spreadsheet containing the data:
You will now be presented with an Excel Spreadsheet containing the data for requests made
within your chosen 30-day period.
Once the data is accessible you can work on desired columns to extract the required data for your
report, in turn this will enable you to create charts presenting the data and complete comparisons
to other 30-day period depending on the intended use for your report.
