To start Registration for your firm, you must visit the following page in your web
browser and then click Register for Agency Admin on the top right hand side.
After this, specify whether or not your firm has appointed representatives, and then accept the terms and conditions.
Click the I Agree button to continue. You can also click Print to keep a copy of the Terms
and Conditions for your records if required.
You must now confirm the Firm Details that have been looked up from the Financial Services Register using the information stored on their Unipass Certificate.
The contact details for a Principal/Director of your firm must be provided. This person must be authorised to hold the role of Principal/Director by the FCA. The service will contact them automatically to inform them of the intention to register your firm with the Agency Administration Service.
You must now specify any Service Provider relationships that your firm already has in place with Service Providers that are participating in the Agency Administration Service. The Service Providers selected will be contacted by the service to verify that the relationship exists.
The reason for providing information about your firms Service Provider relationships is to assist Product Providers with quick and efficient processing of requests for Additional Agencies submitted by your firm when you start using the service. This is because the due diligence they must undertake themselves will be significantly reduced.
Select a Service Provider from the dropdown list and then tick any existing Panel relationships that you have with that Service Provider. Click the Add button to then add those details to the list. Repeat this selection process for each Service Provider relationship that you have.
If you change your mind, click the Delete icon in the list.
When you are ready, click the Next button to continue to the final step.
You will now be shown the details they have entered during the previous registration steps in order to confirm them.
You are automatically setup as a User and assigned the Administrator Role. This means you can create accounts for other Users
Your firm can begin submitting Requests immediately, with the exception of Change of Bank Account Details that require authorisation from an Authorised Signatory
You will also receive a Welcome email explaining what happens next.
After your firm has registered successfully, its Users may login at any time by navigating to the
following address with their web browser and then clicking the Unipass icon.
